Christine graduated with a Master’s of Science degree of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the AmericanAcademy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Roseville, Minnesota. She is a licensed acupuncturist as well as a board certified herbalist. She holds the Diplomate in Oriental Medicine certification from the National Committee for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). It is her goal to help her patients achieve health and wellness through an all natural and effective approach. This is what drives her passion to help others through Chinese medicine.

Nick Dougherty M.S., Dipl Ac (NCCAOM), L.Ac
In addition to working at White Lily Acupuncture, Nick also works at the Penny George Institute in Minneapolis. He studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) and graduated in 2009 with his Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Nick is currently enrolled in the doctorate program at AAAOM.
Nick came to TCM from his own personal health and wellness struggles as well as his lifelong devotion to the martial arts. It was during this time in which he acquired a deep understand of the inner workings of the body. This passion for knowledge of the human body directly impacts his healing practice.

Meghan Forrest is an experienced acupuncturist with a passion for holistic living. Meghan listens deeply and thinks creatively to help each patient rediscover balance and their own internal healing power. Her healing tools include acupuncture, cupping, tui na orthopedic massage, herbs, and nutrition/dietary therapy. Meghan also draws upon extensive training in Western allopathic and naturopathic medicine to create an appropriate and holistic treatment plan for each patient.
Meghan is licensed by the Minnesota State Medical Board and certified by the National Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Meghan received her Master of Acupuncture degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University.
Before pursuing her acupuncture degree, Meghan instructed experiential wilderness courses for Outward Bound. During her ten years as wilderness educator, Meghan witnessed too many people limited from living their fullest life due to chronic pain and/or illness. Dietary changes and acupuncture helped her recover from her own struggles with chronic digestive illness, women’s health issues, and pain from chronic injuries. This experience helps Meghan relate with patients and fuels her commitment to finding effective, individualized treatment plans.
Beyond natural medicine, Meghan enjoys outdoor recreation, gardening, keeping honeybees, and spending time with her husband and two children.
